The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Knit Together on March 15, 2022.
Knit Together is a foster care ministry whose mission is to surround foster children and families with care and tangible support. They carry out this mission by providing care packages and meals for foster children placed in a foster home. They also host quarterly meetings to help build community. Knit Together provides babysitting and respite training across all local agencies.
