ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

Internet Exposure
The Brownwood Chamber’s website is packed with relocation, community, tourism and business assistance information. The site is the “go to” resource online and has over 600,000 hits per month!

Tax Deductibility
Membership in the Chamber is deductible as a necessary business expense.

Business Seminars
The Chamber sponsors workshops and seminars on such topics of interest to businesses as marketing, taxation, and employee issues such as benefits, testing and legal testing.

Business & Political Contacts
The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce provides its membership various opportunities to network with fellow members and establish business and political contacts. Chamber members are also kept abreast of state legislative issues that affect local business. Members ultimately become a part of a “customer referral service” for future business activities.

Ribbon Cuttings, Business After Hours, Plaque Presentations & Ground-Breaking Ceremonies
FREE publicity (including a photo) is provided in the Brownwood Bulletin, BrownwoodNews.com and the Chamber Newsletter.

Member Sponsorships
High visibility and advertising value is offered to members who sponsor a Chamber event, such as the Monthly Luncheon, Business After Hours, the Annual Awards Banquet, or Legislative Day. As event sponsors, their name is prominently displayed and promoted. Pre-event publicity and mailings afford these Chamber member sponsors broad advertising exposure.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Monthly Luncheons
Held the third Friday of every month at the Brownwood Country Club, this is a great networking opportunity. Each luncheon offers door prizes and allows guest speakers to keep members up-to-date on the latest news and events. Attendance ranges from 60-100 guests, with the cost for sponsorships beginning at just $50.

Business After Hours
Held at different Chamber members’ locations, these networking events are a wonderful resource for making contact with both potential and current clients.

Divisions & Committees
Members may participate in any of our active and dynamic committees that cover a wide range of interest such as Member Services (Ambassadors) Community Development (Legislative & Military Affairs) Tour-ism Advisory Committee, or Education & Communications (Leadership Brownwood and Texas Scholars).

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

Each month the Chamber averages 300 to 400 inquiries requesting information about the Brownwood area from tourists, those interested in relocating to the area, the business community and the general public – all potential customers! Only Members are given as referrals to these inquiries. Membership Directories are also included in all Visitor and Relocation Packets.

Promotional Displays
Members are welcome to display promotional material in the lobby of the Chamber.
