The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Celebration for Visiting Angels – Living Assistance Services in Brownwood. The event took place on Tuesday, February 13th at their office located at 114 Center Ave, Suite 304, above Lucille & Mabel in downtown Brownwood.
