The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for Air Evac Lifeteam on Tuesday, March 26th at their new hanger on Streckert Drive in Brownwood.
The new hanger was recently constructed at the location across from Brownwood Regional Medical Center for the Air Evac helicopter. The hanger will be used for the helicopter during bad weather and cold weather.
Air Evac Lifeteam works closely with local EMS providers to coordinate patient care and provide rapid air transport.
Attending the ribbon cutting and pictured are Air Evac Lifeteam staff, Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors and staff, members of the Brownwood Fire Department and Guardian EMS in front of the new hanger.
