The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, April 24 for the Heart of Texas Riders, one of their newest members.
Heart of Texas Riders is a non-profit organization that helps children through fundraising efforts in the area. Many times they partner with other non-profit agencies to help raise money for special events that support children in the area.
