The Brownwood and Early Chambers of Commerce held a joint ribbon cutting on Friday, August 11th for the official Grand Opening of Weakley-Watson Ace Hardware in Brownwood as Ace Hardware’s 5000th Store.
Their Grand Opening event was held this past weekend and included food, music, and special drawings and much more. Weakley-Watson is the oldest hardware store in the state of Texas, operating since 1876.
Weakley-Watson Ace Hardware is located at 1414 Austin Avenue.
