The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Friday, May 11th for Arrows and Oaks as they opened their new retail location in Brownwood.
Arrows and Oaks is a local, family-owned business that offers products such as goat milk soaps, lotions, facial creams and oils.
